Cancellations
Clients should provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling requests. Late cancellations or inaccessible properties may result in service charges.
Weather
Services may be rescheduled due to unsafe weather conditions at no penalty to the Client.
Refunds
Due to the nature of exterior cleaning services, refunds are generally not issued once services have been completed. However, if concerns arise, Clients should contact us within 48 hours so we may evaluate the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.
Deposits
Deposits become non-refundable once preparation or scheduling has begun.
